Orders placed through the Aijek website will be delivered by registered post to the delivery address provided by you. Please ensure the address you have entered is accurate at the time of ordering.

1) All prices listed in USD.
2) If your total purchase is 3 items and shipment is to Australia, the your total handling fee will be $18.00 + $6.00 + $6.00 = $30.00
If an item you have selected is unavailable, you will be contacted via email within 2 business days and be advised that there may be a delay. You may choose an alternative product, exchange or refund if the delay is unsuitable. Aijek will take no reponsibility for loss or damage once the package has been sent.
Payment for orders is only accepted via Paypal.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days from the day payment is received.
Returns / Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully, merchandise sold via the Aijek website will not be viable for refund or exchange unless the product itself is faulty.
Refund Policy for Faulty Goods
Here at Aijek, every item we sell online goes through stringent quality control before being shipped to our customers. This is to avoid customer disappointment and any inconveniences resulting from product faults. At Aijek’s sole discretion, we will refund your original method of payment in the case of faulty merchandise due to manufacturing fault or merchandise that has been wrongly described.
Item(s) ordered online must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All original tags must be attached to the merchandise in order to receive a full refund. Please retain your online receipt as proof of purchase and items must be unworn and in the original condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and duties on returns. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or the refund refused.
